You know, you could slam that thing and use a Bravada transfer case for the best of both worlds.
What is the advantage of the bravado transfer case, and will one fit in a 2wd. There's a reason. Yes I know one is 2wd 1 is 4 wd. But that would give me a dual range gear box in a 2wd. Towing mode and Daily mode.

The Bravada got an all wheel drive transfer case with a central limited slip/ viscous coupler type deal between the front and rear outputs. So did the Astro/Safari vans, as well as the famous Syclones and Typhoons. No traction issues when showing the fool in the next lane who's faster :)

I did! Grabbed it for $60! Someone has spray bombed it in black primer and it does have a dent up near the mirror area that I think is repairable but it rust free and in overall good shape so I got fortunate. Hoping to start working on the S10 within the next couple of weeks. Like you, the holidays are getting i my way of project work LOL I'll be sure and take plenty of pics once things start getting serious.

Tonight was demo night. Tomorrow is putting it back together. I’ll be starting on the rocker and my young driver will be working on getting stuff moved from the old door to the replacement door

I DEFINITELY took some time to sit and let the S10 destroyer struggle on his own a time or two :D that’s how he’ll learn the ways of tinkering :)

Nah, he’s a good kid. I poke at him every once in a while just to build up a thick skin but as a general rule we get along pretty darn good :)

I still can't believe how older he looks all of a sudden. I think it's the wooly hat. Looks gangsta.
