@Ontheboulder

The first post is covering rebuilding the box, if needed/desired, then follow the preload and over center adjustments. It will properly tighten up your old box.

I installed the Borgeson 800133 box last summer, along with a Borgeson steering shaft with U-Joints. Very happy with them, tracks straight and very little wandering.

Pretty much have things ready to install the serpentine belt components when it gets here tomorrow. USPS gave the kit an all-expense paid tour of the US East coast for some reason.

Did front to back LED bulbs and added the 2 led relays? in the fuse block today. Ordered new tail light buckets cause I don’t like how brittle these OG ones are. Also ordered tail light gaskets and new front side markers to replace the stock ones that are brittle.

Didn’t do much. Wife was sick and daughter had wisdom teeth pulled yesterday so I split early to grab em meds and cold things lol

On the hunt for a OEM hydraulic setup for the clutch. Just brain storming future changes

Ordered a set of these fender filler panels hopefully they help keep a bunch of road debris out of the new front fenders, since I'm not running fender wells.

That will be interesting to know. I ran without fender wells on my C10 for a couple months and never noticed any buildup inside the fenders. But like I said, it was just a short amount of time and that's something I never even thought to pay attention to.

Why aren't you running fender wells? Those will keep out some of the road junk, not all of it, they don't fit flush.

The fenders on it now are full of dirt and junk probably why they have a ton of filler in the lower sections that's now breaking up and starting to fall out.

I would have to cut the rear half of them out.
