Jrgunn has it right. Look around in person at things… you will feel better about a few imperfections.
One caution: don’t compare your work to online pictures. The internet makes paint jobs look way better than they actually are. Most of those rebuild shows do really shoddy work that the camera hides.
My 85 c10 is the first car I painted top to bottom and, though I know every flaw and would do a lot differently now, it gets constant positive comments when it’s clean. I block sanded it down to 400 grit and then sprayed it in an inflatable paint booth. Here’s before and after.
