yea and is going under again right now.

4.3 from it is now in the 88 fullsize gmt400, and the 4l60e is sitting on the floor, going to try and trade it for a rebuilt th350 with long tail to fit the s10.

this is the 4.3 computer from my 91

I wrote the 4.3 on the chip so I would not mix it up with a 350 one I tried in it.

that's the computer I need has the rect. access door and chips look the same. that s10 computer I got is way different and won't work being 93.

still needs vacuums and yes the chains are in there because I'm going to pull the cab off. I've already got it loose and the bed as well.

got mine all mocked up, got a 4 spd saginaw bheind it, sitting a tad far back as the vave cover hits my heat only box. I could get another 1/4 inch out of it according to my mounts, think the trans crossmember is holding it back, have to check it out. Yes it's solid mounts, solid 4.3 frame pads, flipped and changed sides and stock gm block mounts. I had to try and see if it would work and it does. I will most likely get some poly block side mounts to avoid vibration issues, and to me it needs lowered a tad. I done ruined one set of block mounts trying to shorten them up, went too much.

Plans may change again from a complete frame off resto to a quick get it done and on the road deal depending on what hppens with my other truck, right now looks like frame off still. Going to trade wheels for some chrome rallys here soon maybe. I cleaned up the ar23's and look nice might keep and run. not much else changed or going on.

Nice score. My first Chevy truck was a 88 S-10. 4 banger but it had a flowmaster dual exhaust, Iroc wheels, Roll pan etc.

those are most recent, I'm still working on getting the rest put back together. Frame was wire brushed, primed and painted, everything else was as well. I've got everything new, tie rods, ball joints, center link, all bushings are red poly ones, parking brake cables etc. Recently I got 2 sets of headers, hooker super comp long tubes and heddman shortys. I'm not sure which I'll use just yet, I also picked up the right frame and block side mounts, just need more time to install it all. I'm going to put together everything I can and push it out into the carport to start my new project for now, a 79 camaro I traded my 88 fullsize 4wd for. then I'll get back on building a motor for this and finishing it up

cars solid underneath just had front of the rear drivers frame rail bad. It runs and sounds good, not sure on drive as it has no brakes, interior is all hard and brittle. I've wanted a 2nd gen f body for like 15 years so I finally got one. I've got a bunch of new parts for it too.
