@gmbellew Glen, thanks for the feedback. I have researched the code 21. I also looked through the Fuel and Emissions Manual at the diagrams.

I think I want to try bending the tab as you suggest. No scanning ability other than the paper clup trick. I would need to borrow auto-meter, or go buy one.

You are suggesting I bend the metal tab on the TPS that moves with throttle, correct? Which direction should I start with? Towards cab or towards grill?

Also, I have asked O'Reilly's to order an AC Delco TPS. They had to put in a special request and will let me know if they can fulfill the order. So waiting to hear back from them.
I have read and seen in videos that the cheap ones often don't run correct voltage. The one in my truck currently is aftermarket, middle of the road price. Me, trying to save a buck and get it running right. Hopefully O'Reilly's will come through or I guess I will be looking on Evilbay.

Without a voltmeter you are shooting in the dark a little bit. But you'd want to bend it toward the cab, I think, to reduce the voltage at idle.

You can make a tps tester out of a 5 volt phone charger. Unplug the tps, hook the phone charger to it. Check voltage with throttle closed, check voltage at WOT. I think your readings are supposed to be .3 volts and 4.8 volts.

got a rear painted bumper with dings (no rust) and what not for the hunting truck. Gonna drop it off tomorrow to have the lower corners cut out and have him weld in some corner steps like the newer vehicles. $85 delivered and guessing less than $150 for the cut/weld and a little metal.

Make it easier to get in when the tailgate is down.
That bumper sounds cool, I can't wait to see it.

Try Rockauto, found the AC Delco Gold TPS for like $66.79. Shipping might take a bit longer, but they're usually cheaper than 90% of anywhere I look for parts.

Dang! Just ordered it from Summit via 2nd day air. I was impressed that Summit was about $30 cheaper than what I would have paid at the parts store, even with air mail.

0.3 is a little too low. anywhere from 0.5 to as high as 1.0 or so is fine for the low end, with 0.5-0.7 as the sweet spot. high end anything about low 4s to 5.0v is fine.

Finally got tired of how bad the tops of my door panels looked any time it rained/they got water on them, so I treated them with leather/vinyl conditioner. They were SUPER dry, idk when the last time I treated them was. I need to get better about that before they dry out and break

I got a bad front wheel shimmy on my K20 when braking last week. Jacked up the front end, and sure enough the wheel bearings were a little loose.
Before I opened it up, I checked prices on inner, outer bearings and seals, which was around $200.
Pulled it apart yesterday and found not pitted or overheated Timken USA bearings in it.
Cleaned them up and greased them, and bought new seals.
Drives and brakes like new now. All done for 11 bucks.

Popped the door card off the passenger side and lubed up the window regulators moving parts to try and get a little bit more life out of the power motor. Also sprayed dry lube in the felts. I completely decimated the retainer clips off one of the strap beauty covers.

Gotta get another set ASAP.
A few things that managed to not make it back in the door.

While I was at it I took a nod from Huck and decided to treat the door cards with vinyl, rubber protectant. I need to dye mine as you can't really tell I put the protectant on. Lol Before and after wasn't much different so no pics.
