I recall reading about someone on here painting a dash pad. What kind of paint did you use? I want to do the interior of my truck in light buckskin or tan but all the dashes are darker or brown. I want the dash the light colour too as seen in the pic below. Also attached a pic of the rig under construction.

I used Duplicolor on my last truck. Never had any issues. I will be using SEM for this one as no one else carries the color I need.

I used the ColorBond paint/dye available from LMC and other vendors.
I color matched all the interior panels (including the dash pad)
Also used a Matte finish Clear Coat.

I used SEM on the door panels, dash cover and all other plastic/vinyl trim on a '84 blazer. It held up ok, I was not gentle with the truck, would use it again.

Clean and prep first, then use adhesion promoter before color. SEM or Bulldog makes it.

I used Krylon Fusion paint on my door panels and dash pad. My dash pad is trashed anyways and it's covered with a dash mat. Also did my console, which was originally tan.
