I would use a measuring tape and "X" it out. Measure front the front rivet on the passenger side crossmember to the center of the bumper bracket bolt hole on the drivers side rail, then repeat on the other way. If it's square , the measurements would match. I have a funny feeling they will not

It looks bent to me. Any signs of a crease on the outer vertical wall of the rail?

Will a bumper easily bolt on? If not, you have your answer.

I’m going to try to bolt bumper on. Is it worth fooling with or junk it?

Looks like it's just the front horn, that'd be very easy for a bodyshop to straighten out. I'd get 'em to pull it and move on

If all of the damage is forward of that front crossmember I wouldn't be afraid of it after it was straightened. As stated, you need to spend some time checking the frame to see if it's square or not behind that crossmember.

Should it be even width front to back?

All of these trucks had something happen over the years, the next one you might find would be worse

No, the tail end of the frame is wider. Iirc, the frame tapers in at the area around body mounts under the front floor board.

curious, after the crossmember is there such a thing as a center point to reference? Have been wondering if mine is out at all.

Do you know how to build a string box for doing alignment? I'd build a string box, center it using the wheel hubs as as locators as in 5in to lf hub 5in to rf hub 4in to lr hub 4in to rr hub, just example numbers. Then use 3 4 5 formula to make sure your frames square. If so then you can take measurements side to side to see where right front needs to move to. I'd probable move it myself.

Look at the bottom link of post 14. You could add a center string under the truck but you'd have to make some short stands for the conduit
