Another issue in converting my C20 to a K20. I have all the cables and frame loops in great shape from the C20, and installed the C20 rear cables at the hub to the frame. Now, the routing can't be the same as the 2 wheel drive due to the t-case and the front drive shaft. So, I searched till I gave up, in finding a schematic, and/or parts list to all the frame "loop guides" or whatever you call them. The vendors have the cables but not the loop guides. I'm assuming mine, since it's a '73 with the '77 frame has dual pulls travelling up each frame rail, not the crossover version of the later models where the pass, side crosses over to the driver's side and both are pulled up that side. So, I need a diagram and an avenue to get the parts I need, and which parts, if any, I can reuse. I'll probably buy the new cables, just need the hardware.

I always check LMC first.. this pic might help even if they don't have the parts... it can be a source of info.
I had to fab a bracket for one side of my '78 K20, because of a transfer case change. I just used 3/16" round stock

Most parts were missing when I got my ‘75 K25, but I used the setup pictured in the last post and bought the brake cable form LMC. I bought round rod stock from Lowe’s and fabricated the loops that hold the front corners of the cable out to the side. My frame already had holes in the right places to hold the rod, and I assume the OEM brackets used to be mounted there.

That diagram is for a 2 wheel drive. Sounds like I need to just fab to fit.

Are you in a hurry? My truck (a '74) is outside and it is mud season, otherwise I'd take a look and/or pic.
