Parking Brake Cable Guides-1978 K10

I've been searching the forum for the answer, but I can't see it anywhere...

My Intermediate cable failed at the boat launch this week. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the cable guides were not solidly attached by design, so when I arrived home after a 100 mile drive, I have no left or right cable guides. The front right (inner, part 10 on LMC's diagram) cable guide made the ride, thank goodness, but I need to replace the outer guides.

LMC shows NO cable guides for pre-1981 K series trucks. So my question is, how different are the guides, really? And to get the closest match, should I buy 1978 2WD cable guides, or 1981 4WD cable guides? From the crappy design, I may end up making my own replacements this winter but I do need a quick fix, since I really don't like resting 10000 lbs on the tranny at the boat launch...

I thought for sure I had a good picture of the parking brake cable and brackets but Here’s the only picture I could find.

From that pic it appears the 4 wheelers have a shorter loop and a longer single pull to the pedal pulley.

Here's my '78 K20 with a later NP208, which is longer than the original 203, and dual exhaust.
The rear ones are originals, both front are fabbed.
