By the way 5000 pound payload means trailer pulling. I wouldnt advise hauling more than a ton in the bed.

Yes the 350 is the most popular of the Chevy engines and has the most available aftermarket parts. With that 700R4 I would just laugh the guy off and not risk breaking the trans.

Vaccuum leak somewhere......

High idle, missfire, lean condition, no power. If you drive it with the vac leak and with a lean condition to long it can melt your cats, IF you still have cats (which you more than likely dont).

mines almost the same it's a 88 350.

you got the big one for the pcv in the valve cover. comes off the front of the tb, small one off the tb front to the egr solenoid mounted on the intake plate, and one off that solenoid to the egr mounted on the intake round can thing back PS.

small one off the same spot going to the AIR pump lower left side of the motor, PS or mine was anyways.

middle sized one off the front of the tb to the charcoal can on the DS fender well. Right behind the radiator support or headlight.

big one off the back of the tb for the MAP sensor mounted on the intake bracket same bracket as before.

and usually one off the back of the tbi air cleaner ring to the valve cover, or mine did anyways.

not sure if there's anymore or not and what's different yours being squarebody and mine gmt400.

TB = throttle body
Cats = cataytic converters

Really man I wouldnt wig all out on it, it's just a few vacuum hoses. Replace them one at a time and you'll know at least where those go, and by the time you're done you should be able to figure out where the loose ones need to go. I really wish someone would post up a pic of the EGR solenoid so at least you can see where it is, what it looks like, etc. but if all else fails plug the loose lines and see how it runs. Oh and leave the capped ports on the throttle body alone. They're fine the way they are.

no you need the 87 or 88 cuz it has fi and tbi.

do a search on google images for 87 emissions hose routing or something and it should come up with the factory chart for them.
