ok should i use carb cleaner to clean the throttle body it is sorta dirty

Yeah, but grab another can just incase....good to keep extra around, especially when tracking down problems. Grab a plastic bristle solvent brush too, will keep you from using so much carb cleaner. Wear gloves, and safety glasses....dont want to get a ricochet spray in the eyeballs.

I don't care if they need it or not I'd change them. I had tons of issues with mine and changed them all and so glad I did.

no clue on sizes gotta take them with you, only need one of each and I think there is only 2 maybe 3 sizes.

And get a plastic scraper to scrape off any stuck on gasket, not metallic. I'll get those pics to you.

But, He is learning now, and should do only one thing at a time, then test to see the effects. All he has to do is take the old lines to the store and match them up.

yea he's learning but if he changes all the vac. lines now, doing them one at a time, take one off cut the new to length, then put it on, remove another and so on.

Then once done you'll have them all changed and can see how the results went.

Those two wires go to the egr solenoid, which you may need. may be best to go to the wrecker and grab one with the plug. Does your check engine light come on?

There is so little on the TBI engines anyways. The only differences I have seen, are some have smog pumps, some dont.
Until the 96 TBI Vortec, the differences were minimal between 87 and 95.

Well i got gas today put 3 gallons in and for some reason the truck tries to start it spins but its getting no gas i can start it by pouring gas in throttle body but it will only run till burns the gas out for some reason it isnt sucking gas from either of the tanks i unplugged the hoses to see if it would start still wouldnt checked for wires i might had unhooked and couldnt find none.

Check your fuel filter(s), then your fuel pump.
