You guys have done a great job making the tools you need.
It is such a great satisfaction knowing "you made it".
It makes me so glad to see others making things.
Keep up the great work.

For those who have fought the slide hammer for pulling dents with a stud welder not gripping the pins, especially the garbage one that comes with the Harbor Freight kit. I took a 1/2"drill chuck and adapted it to the slide hammer. Slide it over the pin, grip the outside of the drill chuck, give the handle a quarter turn to grip the stud, and get after it. Works great.

I guess this would go here. Did some up grades on my Harbor Freight 20 ton press. Made it portable, and put a boat wench to lift the press bed. I'm hoping Santa brings me a Stag finger break. I have a couple of more up grades planed.

A couple of more upgrades to the 20 ton press. Have one more in the works. Add a 1/8 plate under the jack. Bolted the jack to the plate so it doesn't move. Welded some large washers to the deck pins so they don't slide to far. Drilled out the press plates, and hammered in 3/8 roll pins so they don't slide off.

I have a question if anyone who might know. What are the press plates made of? The reason I ask that, is when I drilled the holes for the roll pins. The holes drilled really easy. I think the hole drilled in a couple of minutes each. Steel doesn't drill that easy if it is solid steel. I'm not sure if I trust 20 tons of pressure on them. I think I'll be looking for replacement plates.

I had one of those bike carriers what a pos! My 80 year old neighbor now uses it to drag his trash cans out to the pickup spot with his side by side!

Pinion setting tool. I only had my time I to making it, I'd honestly recommend just getting pinion depth set by trying shims and reading the pattern with setup bearings.

Especially we with how much the commercial ones cost.
