Yes if it has a 30 spline carrier. There is a small amount that needs to be filed from the cross pin area to achieve proper clearances

Lol well..... id rather have kept my 12 bolt but if i can convert the 10 to a cheap posi thats readily available im happy. I just want both wheels spinning when i put it down.

12bolt truck rears are over rated. They are of a different breed then the 12 bolt car axle.
