Spicer locking hubs have been disco'd for years, you're best bet is Ebay or the For Sale forums on 4wd sites.

Oh yeah... Warn, Mile Marker, Superwinch, etc all make hubs that will work and they're good products but none are as strong as the Spicer.

If you do go with another brand and your left over Spicer stuff is in good shape they will bring a fair amount on Ebay as they are in demand.

All the aftermarket ones I've found don't look like the Spicer style

None of the aftermarket hubs look like the Spicers, Most are smaller and look similar to a Toyota locking hub if you're familiar with those. As long as you get some for a pre '77 3/4 ton D44 HD you're ok.

ok thanks. ive found mile marker for $86 and rugged ridge for $179 which ones do you prefer? its 100 dollar difference but if the mile markers are just going to break then i would rather just spend the money. the warns are a little to pricey for me tho.

Easier to fix a busted hub than a broken axleshaft.
