Can Anybody help me determine just what I have
I have a 79 K 20 and need oil seal and yolk for the front Differential
So far all ive seen is that its a Dana 44 but so far the oil seal does not fit and I need a new yolk and am being told about 50/50 that the 8091 fits and the 3581 fits but other places say they don't
I have the strap and bolt type connection and the seal guard is as big as the hog nose on the diff
The only number/letters I can find on it, on the long tube are
YN G D 32 2
Thanks in Advance

Pictures. Of the cover mainly
A 79 can have either a 44 or a 10 bolt. My 79 has a factory 44

Also, I'd recommend getting a yoke from a driveline shop, they're likely to have one in stock or can glance at yours and know what to order.

Yokes are so dang expensive it would stink having to deal with mail order or online stores if you got the wrong one.
