Haven't done much lately with mine except add more fuel (lots and lots of 91, been driving it all over) to feed that Big Block Olds...

The Podcast I was invited on just put up another teaser clip, now you guy will know what I look like....not sure if that's a good thing or not :p

What’s the name of the podcast? I listen to them all the time, since I drive 45 minutes to work.

Edit- I looked for Simon Says Garage on my phone but it didn’t come up- unless it’s a YouTube thing only. Sweet truck BTW!

Lol, imagine that. Technology that worked well in 1979 still works good now. Who'd a thunk it.
But @ approx $0.57/mi for gas in our K20, today’s technology doesn’t seem so bad.
To be fair, the C10 could probably pull that same trip off for slightly more than half that much.

Recently I put some vinyl/plastic/rubber protectant-treatment on the tops of my door cards hoping to bring some life back. It put a little sheen on, but they are extremely sun faded. I think I definitely need to dye or paint them again. I am fairly certain these door cards are original to the truck. I looked on line and found several brands/products. I searched on this forum as well and read a few things.

I am hoping you all could recommend something that you may have used that worked well. And, if anyone has done this to their red to burgundy range interior please let me know some details.
I haven’t found any product that will “restore” those faded panels. At least not longer than it takes to dry and evaporate.
If they haven’t been repainted or dyed (it’s paint even though they call it dye), you can spruce them up semi permanently with a heat gun or torch, carefully.
On the blue truck which is garaged probably 300days per year, and out mostly in the summer, the heat gun trick is just now beginning to fade again. But I zapped them with the heat gun quick when we had it out for the stereo work and bam…shiny again.
You’re don’t look too far gone so should work fine.
Also actual polishing appeared to work on a test spot but it’s tedious and the heat is quick and easy.

Just for fun one day I looked back at historical fuel prices. If we take into account how much more we earn now ,gas is cheaper now compared to wages. Gas is 2.75 right now. Here's that chart I had to screenshot it in multiple frames.

On Road Worthy Rescues, Derick put on yellow headlights on a clapped out rescue and they looked awesome.
And it got me a wonder'in, what would my pickup look like with yellow headlights.
Today I was messin with the photo editor and it has a highlighter pen option.
See where I'm goin' with this?

How freaking kewl!
Headlights ordered...
