I won't know for sure on the rest of the motor until I take the bottom end apart. Gotta get some more tools first. I need some feeler gauges and dial caliper. My brother said he thinks he has a set of number stamps so I can mark the rods.

Do these look like the factory pistons?

Looks OEM to me. I'd expect the crank to be in core type and useable shape too. Probably will need at least a polish and maybe even a turn.

Took the pan off and just realized I got this nifty part too. Does that interchange with a regular filter hookup if I decide I don't want to run an oil cooler?

Yeah, you can just bolt up a regular style filter mount.

Yes, you'll need to get the OEM filter only adapter first. I'd run the cooler though. They do help keep your oil viscosity up and help cool the motor a bit.

I think I might keep it. Depends on if I can get lines that don't have those stupid clips...
