I vaguely remember the Craftsman Handi Cut name. Was this back in the 90's when Bob Vila was doing the commercials? About the time of the Robo Grips?

I have one. Works well. Use it mainly for cutting hoses. Sold under several brands. Replacement blades available on Amazon.

I have both. Mine straight blade cutter is not craftsman though abd it's compound leverage,if you're not careful you could lose a finger.
