My tires are due to be replaced due to some dry rot. Currently on there is 275/60/15. I didn’t put them on there, they were already there. The sidewall height is ok, but they’re just so wide that it kinda looks weird to me on this rim.

A quick search says there’s a 245/65 as well in the Cooper Cobra. What are you running?

275/60-15 on 8” wide in the rear and 255/70-15 on 7” wide in the front. The fronts are a touch taller than the rear which bugs me but couldn’t get a 255/65 so it is what it is. Luckily since the rear wheel openings are lower than the fronts, unless you know it and stare hard, you can’t tell. It was totally worth it to me to have the staggered look with really wide rear tires. I think 275’s in the front would be a bit much.

That looks perfect to me. IMHO, a 275/60 looks better on an 8" wide rim than any other width.

Stock height or lowered?

They are what was on it when I got it.
I've always liked wider tires on the back. Takes me back to the muscle car days.

I currently have 275/60/R15 all around. I'd prefer to have a little wider in the rear, I think 11.50" wide will work in the rear without modifying the wheel well.

Before I decided to run 20s, I was planning on running 245/60/15s and 275/50/15s on my factory 8" rallies. The 275 looks perfect on the rear IMO

Ha, when I first put the 8 inch rallies on my lowrider, I had G60's on the front and L60's on the back. :happy175: Now it has 245/60 front, 275/60 on the rear.

Stock for now, but will be lowering- have yet to decide on 2/4 or 4/6.
