The video cannot be viewed, it's private. Perhaps taking out the zbar for closer inspection is in order. With it out you can grip the flat spots and free up the nut.

Thank you Georgeb! That image is exactly what I needed as that's what I have in my truck. Working on my clutch job this morning and checking out the z-bar.. when I reached up into the frame side of the z-bar to check out the bushing, my hand came away with pieces of plastic (it appears to be pieces of the third item (I'll call it the cup) in-board of the frame tab) that was all deteriorated and falling apart, hence the slop in the z-bar.
