I have installed a aftermarket radio in this after removing the knob radio that someone else rednecked installed in this.

After some monthis without a problem and now It is losing power.

It will go off for 1 second and come back on.

I have the radio's memory power spliced into the cigerette lighter wire and the main power hooked up to the ignition.

The distribution block has a slot for Radio (RDO) but it has no power when tested with a test light.

Any suggestions?

Could be a ground going bad too? No power at that slot? Is the fuse good?

If the problem worsens, ill try grounding it out some place else.

Thanks.

When it comes back on, has it lost the radio presets and clock time setting?
