Here is a link to an auto electric supply retailer. It appears they have just about any connector you could need to repair your harnesses or build your own.

Feel free to add links to other auto electric repair related links.

Here is a link to Painless Wiring products. I avoid these when I can since they are very painful in the ass where my wallet sits. Easy to use products if you want to spend the big bucks.

A C3500 would be the GMT400 style, an R3500 would be what you have. :waytogo:

And sadly, a 1989 454 R3500 just hit the crusher at our local U-Pull-It...:(

He might be referring to the C as a 2wd.

In 1987, GM went from C/K to R/V. It's confusing to many but the C/K became the GMT400.

The whole R/V thing confuses me. I thought that was a 88-91 Burb designation but I seems to be more than that.

c3500?

Thanks Guys, Sorry I meant to check back in before now. That stinks that they crushed one! I am going to try the local pick a parts after the holidays...... Unfortunately the metal prices make these old relics get squashed way too often. I may be designating it wrong.. it is a giant red car hauler ha. I hope to have it painted maybe in the spring in satin black.. the red is overkill. We just finished up the motor swap, and she purrs like a kitten! We have traced down most of the rogue wiring and eliminated it. I thought I had seen it all when there was an appliance cord that was cut and spliced into my Yamaha Rhino, but alas, sadly, this had appliance cords and more. I say "we" I really mean HE did it but I figure moral support counts for something ;) If I did this correctly there should be a pic of my big red beast we are currently calling "Clifford" ha.

True. I'm not a big fan or visors either. I know they have a good benefit but look hideous to me. That one is one of the better ones I've seen though. The way it fits the trucks. Most others look like a figgin duck bill sticking straight out from the cab. You got some missles for cab roof lights too.

haha, that's so funny he said the same exact thing about this particular visor..... if it gets painted he will more than likely grub all that and weld it back normal. I haven't seen those particular lights before... they are rather big! It has two holes where apparently they had some monstrosity spotlights on it too. But we bought it at a good deal, and have a few 454s hoarded, he swapped it out and the guy I got it from just redid the transmission, looking forward to seeing how well it hauls/pulls. We are NOT diesel people at all, there was a paxton supercharger here locally on CL for $1150 OBO....... Have any of y'all tried running one?
