You need to cut the cab corner back out and reinstall it. It looks like it even sticks out when compared to the rocker (what little of it I can see). You may also need to so some adjusting to the door itself once you get the cab corner installed correctly.

I'd use a grinder and a cut off wheel. Just draw out the line you need to cut along and cut slowly and you'll be fine. I'm sure the pros do it differently :) you'll need to do some metal work and other bodywork to fix the area once it's out but you shouldn't mess up the rocker. If all else fails you could always take it to a professional to do that one corner. Shouldn't cost much or take them very long.

if the cab corner sits flush with the rocker, you may be able to loosen the door hinges up(the bolts on the door only) and roll the bottom of the door out to meet flush or close with the cab corner. but just a hint always leave at least one of the hinge bolts tight so the door wont drop and loose what adjustment you have. if your not happy with the door to fender body line you can shim the fender out at the bottom. but overall you can either split the differences and make it look somewhat better but if your going for the show car quality you will probably just need to start over and cut it all out and redo it.
