I just finished a cab corner and partial rock panel and I could use a pic on how the joint between them looks finished. Anybody got a pic to share?

Thanks DoppleG.... this is what I was looking for in particular, but the rest are a bonus! these should be archived someplace for future reference.
Your request made me think of something.....this cab is rust free and all original. I'm waiting to get it blasted again (zinc-phosphate has to come off 100%) and once I do, I thought about taking about 35-50 pics of every seam and weld - for future reference.

I had to trim inside the cab corner so it would sit flush with the rocker panel, then caulk it.
I had to do the same, I think when they stamp them they just have extra material, Pretty much like every patch panel I've installed.

Hey DoppleG, in the last pic, bottom right corner is that a plug? looks like about 1-1/4" round with an X in it.
I've been thinking about installing a plug just to do a periodic inspection for rust. This truck will see some winter salt and slush.

Ya think it's factory or a Zbart thing?
My guess is factory. I've seen alot of the Ziebart cars around (rotted in the yards - lol) and these aren't the same plugs. This truck was from Oregon and there wasn't a drop of undercoating anywhere on it.

I intended on pulling the plugs and going nuts with POR 15 or the like inside it til it drips out the seams.

That would be awesome and invaluable to all of us!
