Already ordered, now questioning fitment

So I may have jumped the gun a tad but I already ordered a set of 20x8.5 MB Old School wheels and 275/40R20 tires all around. The wheels have roughly 5" backspacing. The truck is stock height for now but I plan to do a 3/5, spindle/flip eventually. Is this going to fit ok or did I just screw up?

Got a little antsy on the 3/5 plans with 275s all around so changed to an 18x8 with 255/55s. Hopefully that'll work fine for the 3/5.
