Honestly i dont like the "squircle" @Goldie Driver but its still a square none the less.

Its grown on me, but I still prefer the round eye.

Easier to change round headlights, too ...

:(

BTW, the grille on that GMC on the prior page seems off - the bars should be body colored for Sierra Classic.

Unless ...

The High Sierra offered the squircle grille option but the argent bars ...

41 years later and still confusing people.

GMC - we are professional grade !

:winner_first_h4h:

Looks like no on the bars.

In one episode of The Fall Guy there was a chase with a matte red pickup with white wheels. But it must have been a *magic truck* because it kept switching between a Ford and a Chevy, one with plain wheels, one with spoked wheels. IIRC the one with spoked wheels ended up jumping off a parking garage. Never have forgotten that since the day the episode was first aired.

1980 was also the first year for those sweet mirrors that were used up to 1999 or 2000. I loved the 1980 grille/headlights myself...

The speed scenes were probably the Chevy, and the jumping/wrecking scenes was probably the ****...;)
