I just took a piece to my local napa, and got rubber vacuum tubing that fit the outside diameter. Has been working great for years.

They usually sell it at the parts store in two sizes - GM hard vacuum line. You can splice it with small sections of rubber vacuum line...

Yes, what I did was replace the pickup o-ring after seafoam clean up. That was my bandaide.

Well, no. Upon start she gets that 38 to 40 PSI but once warmed up to temperature I'm back down to 20 psi at idle so she's just worn...

Super easy to find exhaust leaks with one. Remove the steel part, just use the hose. Every time it puffs out makes a very obvious sound.
