19s are not cheaper than 18s. Not apples to apples anyway. Not to mention that 19s are almost not an option at all for anything that would fit this truck and 100% not available in the style he’s looking for.
Don’t they make absurdly large like 20 inch wheels in that style?

Detroit Speed has a blue truck and I'd like to find the information on their setup. Looks to be 18 all the way around but certainly staggered set-up. Picture attached for reference.

Those look like GM transport wheels. But not sure as transport wheels were only 22". They used to be free/ cheap and plentiful sitting on pallets at dealers after the Escalades, Tahoes, etc all got there nice wheels fitted but then C10 folks started boring the center hub hole and putting them on.
