Is my suspension stock?

Truck is a 1985 K10 shortbed.

First pic is rear suspension. Looks stock but idk.

2nd pic is the front. Were leafs added, if so are they able to be removed? Thank you all!

I highly doubt any half ton came with hd springs up front.

Front u bolts also look pretty new and aftermarket so id guess theres been something done up front. Just my opinion.

Definitely not stock. It's hard to tell in the picture, but the front is either lift springs (about 2") or it's stock leaves with one or two added on the bottom. The rear springs have the overload springs from another truck added to the bottom of the pack.

Like Bucket said, definitely not stock. The stock front springs have a downward arc to them. Yours look flat or a little upward.

Only those with the RPO "B3J" Aka Diesel Equipment package. To my knowledge.

My 1/2 Ton has them and the Upgraded Brake system.

Stock front springs are 2 leaf.

You could opt up to 3 leaf via HD front suspension or snow plow prep package.

I may wrong, which i probably am... But This website> http://www.73-87.com/7387info/7387traneng.htm (I think) It had said the trucks equipped with the Diesel equipment standard gets the HD package. Again Probably wrong.

I'd have to take a picture of mine, I know its stock. but I think it's 4?

You would be incorrect, and they would be incorrect.

The RPO code for HD front springs is F60. Unfortunately neither the RPO description nor the technical information defines how many leafs that is. I just happen to remember because we used to upfit customer complaint vehicles with the three leaf springs to address ride/handling and pull concerns that the dealers could not fix.
