Also looking for a 5 blade reverse rotation fan blade for a 454 serpentine accessory system.

89-91 square body with 454
92-93 CK L19/7.4N
Possibly 88-89 CK too (the new body style GM 400)

The GM part number is stamped in each fan blade fin.

15522432,
5 blades, reverse rotation

I only need the fan blade itself but if you have the clutch I'll buy both together.

Thanks in advance

Fyi, I was able to use a fan and fan clutch from a '99 C3500 with a 454, metal 9 blade reverse rotation fan.

Awesome
Thanks for letting me know about that.
I saw those fans with the nine blades and it looks like they would move a lot more air.
I wasn't sure if it would fit.
What year and model did you put it in?
Do you happen to know the diameter?
Do you happen to know the part number stamped on the fan blades or somewhere?
Thank you

I may or may not have a fan from a '91 454. I don't remember if I kept it or not, do to one blade having a (repairable) bend in it. It was 5 or 6 blades. I'll have to look around.

I'm using the fan in my 91 Blazer that's got a mid 80's Mark IV 454 with a 90's reverse rotation water pump. I don't remember the diameter of the fan but it perfectly fits the CUCV radiator and fan shroud I'm using.

I saw you are also looking for serpentine brackets. I'm using early 90's SBC brackets with a Kwik Performance adapter bracket set, this set up is really clean and tight together plus the brackets are cheap.

Thanks for all that extra information!!!!
I really appreciate the details.
You're using the small block brackets on a big block?
With the Kwik Performance adapter set?
I'll have to Google that adapter.
Thanks for that tip too!

Yeah, this is my 454 with the SBC brackets. I never cared for the BBC serpentine brackets (factory or aftermarket) because everything is so spread out to the point that some set ups are wider than the valve covers, the SBC brackets keep everything nice and compact. I'm using the alternator, p/s pump, tensioner, idler and water pump pulley for my '91 350 application, the crank pulley is the only tricky part (they give specific part numbers to use).

I've never looked at the BBC conversion brackets before. Pretty cool.

One thing I don't like on my '90 CC is that everything is serpentine but the AC which is V-belt. I have been passively searching for a set that was all serpentine so now I have another option.

What part of country are you in? There was a guy in Phoenix parting out a '90 truck with a 454. I was going to call him about the core support this weekend and I'll ask the status of the brackets.

The guy with the 454 hasn't returned my call. However, there is a complete 350 TBI motor with the serpentine drive for sale in Apache Junction on CL for $200. I've bought stuff from him before including a serpentine drive for my son's truck. He parts out a lot of squarebody trucks so he might have a BBC Serp drive or at least get on his list.

His prices are pretty good and he'll hold parts with a deposit. I know a lot of people that buy parts from him and he's always been straight forward. Although he can be a bit misleading on being ready to pick up. I bought a serpentine drive and he told me it was off and ready to grab. I got there and it was still on the engine, in the truck and I was in dress clothes and 110 degrees in summer with no tools. I had to go down the street and rent tools. Same thing happened when I bought a bed, "ready to load onto trailer" and it was still bolted on a truck with 2-3 other trucks in the path and the hoist was in use.
