What do people have against them? Almost every truck i see on here has the white letters faced inwards. I personally think that they make the truck look more sharp.
Tell me your opinions.

Really depends on the vehicle. Nice wheels don't need attention stolen from them by the white letters. It seems the nicer the vehicle the more likely the black walls will be out. The more plain, or stock wheels, the more likely you'll see the white letters.

I love white-letter tires. Seems like you can't hardly find them anymore though.

I suppose it also has to do with newer vehicles having bigger wheels. I think my new Ram would look weird with white-letter tires on 20" wheels.

as far as the wheels thing go, I don't think it's that Curt, I can see your point, but my ld man has the best looking wheels ever, IMo and his cragar ss's and he has white letters out, he ALWAYS has white letters out.

I like them as well but I now have black walls and they look pretty good. I would have had white letters tho if the tires had them.

I don't care for outline white letters, I like full white ones.

Most ppl say ohh it's so 80's and crap to have them out, well HELLO these are 80's trucks!!!!!!!!

I'd run em on new and old doesn't matter to me.

White letters out. They are cool, allow them to show their coolness.

I love white letter tires on the right set up. IMO, tires with the letters facing in is tacky. If you want black wall tires then fine but get actual black wall tires. We can ALL seen your letters on the inside and it looks like crap!!!

I have two vehicles with white letter tires...

My other ride (the wife's burb) has 20's on it so it's got the black walls but they are TRUE black wall tires.

That's my 2 cents :D

I prefer RWL out. However, some people scrub curbs and tear them up, then they need to go inside. Or if you don't buy matching tires, then it looks like hell to have mismatched RWL.

I like letters out. Mine aren't full white letters, but I still like em'.

And on a side note, damn I miss this truck being together!

At the rate I'm going, it'll be back together by 2020. :help: I'm hoping to devote more financial resources to it here shortly, but we'll see if the wife approves.

Still working on the other one, hoping to get the engine in this weekend. It's end of quarter at work, so I've been pretty busy there, not much time to work on the truck.

A kid told my dad that White-letters look gay and blackwalls are the new thing, then my dad says that blackwalls remind him of the 20's. Then the kid turn around and walked off.
