What is this steering rebuild part?

Trying to figure out where it goes. My ignition rack and sector was broke and I don't know where this is supposed to go. Can't find it in any manuals or diagrams

I posted info up on your other thread was busy didn't see it till late. It works your dimmer switch there's a rod that it moves thats hooked to the switch
