What have you done to your square lately??

Here at the Clean Foundation we rescue lost and unwanted Squarebodies. Today we rescued a 89 Blazer that someone did some very unsafe stuff. Never mind the 4 inch pipe body lift. I'll get some better pics tomorrow. But here it is safe from the crusher.

Embarrassing update; I’m killing a lot of time trying to flush my cooling system, this stuff looks like it came from an orange clay mud puddle. This pic is of the 5th drain, it’s got Blue Devil flush in it now that I’ll run a little more and then probably buy more to do it again.

Don't know. Found it on FB market. I also got an 80 longbed. The LB is very rough. Crushed cab, used for target practice. It has a great grill, the square headlights. I tilt column that is already sold. The beed looks like it's in good shape. Tailgate is trashed. It has some good parts. Got them both for 700.

Is the 80 a C10 or C20?

@Mr Clean I love those square headlight 80 models. Once up a time I had an 80 round eye I converted to square, fun truck.

I’d be interested in the parking brake intermediate cable guides (the bent wire pieces that hook onto the frame), if you are looking to part the truck out.

First time fixing a stripped oil pan plug. Using a piggyback drain valve with tons of JB Weld in support. I have to let it cure 24 hours before adding oil and checking for leaks.

IDK, a little too risky for me, I don’t believe there’s much in the way to remove it to repair properly or replace the oil pan, cheaper than another engine and the labor required to replace it.

(Edit realized you used one not shure the jb weld was needed I have used those plugs just fine without unless you pan was super screwed)I keep a couple different drain plug repair kits if you pull the pan they also have another version I use them all the time for transmission pans without drain plugs
