Don’t forget the roof/ceiling before the headliner goes in

Gotcha covered, Ted (and the ceiling too)
I have enough left to get a couple pieces in each door.............

You’re gonna love how quiet your interior will be.. and a satisfying crisp and solid sound when you close the doors.. the KilMat makes a huge difference.

And the price is so much less than Dynamat or some of the other "name" products.

Noico brand is even less expensive.. their 80 mil is the same quality as the others. Just doesn’t have the brand name on it.

Took off fast today leaving the sub-division and it didn't like shifting into 3rd. Did what short running I needed to do in town, but if I was in the throttle above cruising it didn't like the 2-3 shift.

Long story short, one of the hoses I put in place during the LS swap was leaking/spraying. Took me an hour and 3 parts houses to figure out that 11/32" hose is power steering hose. Got it fixed, but will likely drop it off somewhere for them to run solid lines. Should be able to get it done for $100 here locally with me providing the line.

i was having occassional and random high idle on the 350 TBI. according to ALDLDROID the IAC valve was getting stuck in random positions even though it was only 3 yrs old. So I replaced it with a delphi and am hoping for longer life. I also replaced the multifunction switch so the cruise would stop kicking off when I turned on the wipers. it took me a while to do the switch because I convinced myself it was a safety feature to prevent the cruise from use during the rain :)

Today:

Put the new door seals in.
Put the old headliner back in................. a little bit of a challenge by one's self. Cleaned it, looks better outside the cab
Added some of the newly painted trim parts.
Cleaned, painted and reinstalled the rear speaker brackets & speakers.
(I'll have to take them out again when I decide what I'll cover the insulation with, the cardboard tray was a mess)
