Maybe if it had been daily driven the seals would have held up better.

With 93K original miles (as I was told, and with all the OE stuff that was on it probably accurate) after 37 years she must have sat a lot.
Probably a tow or camp vehicle with the awful gas mileage

Spent a little time on the console today. Got the top covered and luckily I the cut outs figured right. Once the pad and vinyl was on, the cup holders and shifter fit nice and tight. Still have to jerk the passenger seat back out and for about the 9th time, put the console back in to fit some mounting tabs on the bottom front. Then figure out where the cable will go thru the to the trans. Slowly but surely ......but seems as I get older the slower I have become in doing things.

I like it but holy shifters!!
A quick story on why I have this particular one....I have a manual reverse valve body. I have to shift every gear. On the column it’s all downward movement, PRN123. I can up or down shift with my hand on the wheel and use my little finger. After 19 years, it’s become 2nd nature? But WOT runs it’s easy to go miss 2nd all together. Be wanting a floor shifter for awhile but don’t want to be constantly ratcheting. With this one, the shot stick gets you out of park or reverse. The stick with The button (trans brake) is in 1st. Pull down, 2nd. Grab the other and pull, 3rd. Push it up, back to 2nd. Push the buttoned one, back to 1st. Third stick is a dedicated neutral. Easy peasy.

When I first saw all those sticks, I thought maybe you had a Lenco.

Ever think of hooking the lockup to a toggle switch? Back in the day that's what I did and just locked it up on the highway.
How do I tell if I have the th350 or the 350c I had to Google it, I didn't know they had two versions.

I have no idea which one I have. I don't have a tach nor do I really notice anything. Y'all have me wondering. There is a random plug that hangs on a wore from above my transmission and the two prong connector hits the pipe and is a bit melted. There is also a random plastic plug on the side of it on the driver side that has nothing in it. Looks like a plastic round connector of some sort?

I have looked up the part numbers that denote which version it is but I can't find part numbers anywhere on mine in any of the spots I saw listed.
