From what I remember, the cabin filter was optional. My '99 Z71 had one and so does my '00 Burb, but I don't think my friend's '02 pickup does.

If you are parting out your wrecked Burb, I'd be interested in a couple smaller pieces if you have them available.
I have the whole thing pretty much sold but lmk what you need an I'll see if it's available. I believe that all the guy wants is the drive train but I'm not 100% sure on that

I need one of the little spring loaded hooks that are on the back of the second row seat. Also need the latch and trim cover for the center jump seat/console. And apparently some trucks got cupholders mounted to the front of the jump seat, I've been looking for some to put on mine.

The one behind steering wheel. It wasn't hard once I figured out what to do. The hardest part was getting the wire protector out. Basically, just unbolt the lower column brace and let the column hang. The protector is on the right side of column. Pull it away from the bolt holes and it should slide out with some effort. Once it was out, it was simply a matter of getting the plug to slide up the column. Since this was my first time replacing the switch, it did take some time. Would have been much better if it hadn't been hot as hell outside, too.

Replaced the fuel fill and vent hoses because I'm tired of gas hitting my shoes. Here's a before and after. I went back to the same pump I used previously and no leaks. And when I reinstalled them I put the clamps facing at an angle where I can easily get a wrench on them. The last person (maybe factory) put them all up on top which made it very hard to get to.

I believe the seats are one of the things he's planning to sell but I'll check. The center jump seat lid an latch is all broken from my kids slamming/sitting/whatever for the last 4 yrs.

I've got most of the dual tank stuff for my truck to do-I did order a lot of it NOS-of which there ain't much left anywhere in any dealers...!

Well test drive 2.0 is a success! Everything works great including my z-bar modified pedal setup. Glad I didn't spend 300+ on hydro pedals mine works just fine!

Installed the outside window felt on both doors. Pulled all the screws out that hold the front bed panel. It's bent so I want to pull it and straighten it in our sheet metal shop at work.

Yeah, those pedals are getting really pricey these days. Did you modify yours according to the diagrams GreaseDog (think it was him) provided a while back?

No I didn't, I used a wilwood master cylinder that mounts straight instead of on an angle. I enlarged the speedometer cable hole using it as the lower left side of the master cylinder hole and mounted it there. I had to cut off the post that the return spring mounted to and then cut some of the pad for it away for clearance. I then just drilled a hole to attach the master cylinder rod to after making an extension for it. I was worried that the pedal effort would be high with it being that low on the pedal but its actually not bad at all. Now that I have everything in and working I am going to work on a write up on my swap complete with pictures, part numbers, etc. I searched and searched for info or a swap thread and found lots of scattered info and some of that was incorrect, for my swap anyway. Hopefully it will help someone else out one day....
