Almost forgot pulled mine on the scale at work she started at 4260 in stock BIG TEN form with one 20gal saddle full and me in it now its 3840 with the 20gal cell full and me in it. Think once I get the floor fixed, the rollbar and door bars in it and a vinal floor in it think it should be right at about 3900. Should make it right around 7lbs per HP. :peace:

Wish I could get into my old phone and pull all the pics from when I first bought it.

The hose is bolted to the bracket that holds the brake hose, the ss line is held by a bolt through the frame using individual P clamps, they are only using the same bolts, not attached in any way. This was what I had done just to keep things out of the way but decided why not do something more permanent than connecting it to the bed. I am not sure

If you're seeing something I am not, let me know.
The angle of the pic I quoted, the bracket is hidden by the rubber vent hose. So it looks like you made a bracket to hang the hose off the brake line. This photo here shows the bracket clearly.

Belt sheave alignment is off somewhere. Not all in the same plane off the crank somewhere. A straight edge or a laser level might help determine which pulley is off.

Dang! That's a helluva diet! I think mine was 3900 and change without me in it and a mostly full 16gal tank last time I went to the dump
Check this, A hellcat is 4,514 no driver no fuel so let's keep things even and add 200 for a driver and 120 (6lbs per gallon) for the same 20 gallons of fuel and that makes it 4835 now 707 HP that's 6.8lbs pre horse so not bad for an old school naturally aspirated TRUCK

Power to weight baby, I Could strip the inside of the bed and probably take another 200 or more out by pulling the bed floor and tubs plus a ladder bar narrowed 9" and coil over setup I have here I could put in it as well but, I plan to eventually do some drag and drive events and would rather stuff my junk in the bed under the cover also It would ride like crap on the street.

Waiting on a delivery from Jegs. Ordered a chrome latch for the vent window assembly I got from @legopnuematic so it matches the rest of the truck. I went with the Precision version in hopes that it is of good quality. I paid for two day shipping and it should have arrived by 3:15... two hours ago.
I replaced both latches on my non working passenger vent, and OK working drivers vent to spiff them up a bit late last year.

I definitely need to replace the drivers side as the tint is peeling. Still looking for a passenger assembly if anyone has one to sell, please let me know.

You’re replacing both with used ones? Are you rebuilding them first?
Time consuming job and IMO the R&R is also time consuming enough I wouldn’t replace used with less used unless I rebuilt them first. Paint and seals.

Do you need the whole wing window ? Like the one sitting on the table? I think i may have one at the house. I'll look when I get home from work today.

Well checking on this alternator belt set up. Looks like the alternator is off about 3/16" or so by using the straight edge. So I ordered a stock alternator brackets from summitt. Parts house wanted 45 bucks and would be a couple if weeks. So the summit one was 23 and will be here Monday or Tues.

It has an aftermarket aluminum bracket on it now so we'll see if that's the problem. Hope so because it will be a cheap fix.

Yours appear to both go crank to water pump so hopefully the alt bracket gets you back on the road.

I had one that kept throwing the alt/water pump belt, PS was fine it was the short belt that only went to the crank ended up the water pump pully had shims behind it because you know they were in the box with the pully so they must go in there right. LOL

For clarification It wasn't me.
