Recently got an 87 v20 with a TBI 350 and when it idles it sounds as if half cylinders arent firing but once you press the accelerator it runs fine. I rebuild the throttle body thinking maybe an injector o ring was bad but it didn't change. Every now and then it idles fine. I'm going to replace all the plugs and wires but wanted to see if anyone could give me some advice.

Here is a checklist to work through. I would check the IAC valve connnections and look for broken worn vacuum tubing that may cause air leakage.

Rebuilding the injectors won't hurt, especially if they drip.
