Shifting Late

I just swap out carbs on my 85 GMC with a 700R4 and the trans is shifting realy late. I know there has to be an ajustment or something but I can figure it out. Any sugestions as where to start would be great?

Vacume modulator on the tranny has a skrew in it.

700r4s don't have vacuum modulators.

TV cable needs adjusted.
