excellent, make sure to measure the depth of the threads because just a little fluid in a bracket threaded area or a little extra torque at the botttom you could break itI was going to run up to my local hardware store and see what they have. I'm sure they have some sort of spacer. My valve covers are not that much taller than stock, they just don't angle down on the ends. I'm going to order my alternator today. I'm just going to get new so I don't have to deal with sending back a core.
Yes longer bolts are going to be a must. about 3 maybe 4 threads engage. I might get longer than what I need and trim it to fit correctly.
But measuring depth willl be the wise way to avoid problems
