I have torn out my old harness because it was a rats nest and I'm replacing it with a brand new universal harness. I've labeled where everything goes, but I just want to know what these random boxes/switch/relays are.

My truck is a 1983 Chevy K10 6.2L Diesel with A/C, cruise control, and automatic transmission.

This is located on the steering column support:

bottom picture is the neutral saftey switch and is also back up lights, the top 2 i have no idea.

not sure on top pic but last pic looks like horn relay.

I thought the second pic is the relay for the power locks. The wire colors look right for it too I think.

The first one has me confused. It looks like the wiper switch harness, but I have no idea why it would plug into that little plastic box. I also have no idea what that little plastic box would be.

It could be, its part of the same harness.

the 2nd pic is the power door locks. of course the one at the bottom of the steering column is the neutral safety/bu lights. the other I am not sure of maybe cruise control. highdesertranger

Pic 1 is cruise control harness. Pic 2 is power door lock relay. Pic 3 is neutral safety switch.
