I put the oem .037 shim in and checked the pattern and this is what I got

Looks like a decent pattern to me, right on the center of the tooth with feathered edges and no sharp lines... If I were to be super critical it may be slightly deep but hard to judge by a photograph.

Question, was the ring gear put under tension while you did the pattern?

I recommend you check pattern in three spots to ensure the ring gear is true and square on the carrier

If Backlash and TTR are good I would probably run it.

You are in the ball park, a little shallow. What is the backlash at?

I agree with @CalSgt , check three places backlash/pattern and for runout. It’s a good practice and should reveal any discrepancies.

Still in setup bearings? I’d probably try about .003 more pinion shim, about .040, depending on what shims you have.
