This is what I did with mine. I ordered two bearings and took a Dremel to the inside circumference of one of them and made a setup bearing. Glad I did because I had that pinion in and out about 100 times before I got it right.I’m too late but wanted to tell you to put it in with the burner bearing just to check depth so when you go to put on another bearing you can change the shim if required.

Very special radial bearing. For anyone that doesn't know, that style bearing allows a bent shaft to rotate freely without destroying the bearing. Bent shaft you say, well the load applied to the chain or gear drive is so great, it flexes the shaft slightly when rotating.Try installing one of these monsters onto an assembly that weighs about 5 tons

David, by the size of that bearing, you must be working on very large equipment!
