Also, if you have any kind of cam in it, you don't need to run premium. I only run higher grade when towing and have not noticed it knocking or kicking down into the low octane tables running cheap grade 87 Octane around town or unloaded on the highway. I have occasionally run mid-grade when lightly towing and also had no issues. That's with a TSP VVT stage 1 cam in it.
