stock manifolds with stock y pipe into a flowmaster for now later maybe 2.5'' duals

no frills using what I got to get the truck together. I will use it to haul my artic cat wildcat and maybe to pull my camper and some light duty hauling.

It will have a 10' flatbed on it and its a dually

just a public service notice here

before you put your 205 on the tranny and every time you take your t case of change the input seal and use the double lip seal. even if it looks good change it its cheap.

the oil for a nv4500 is really expensive and you do not want it mixing with your t case oil. a lot of nv4500's have been destroyed because this seal failed.

I used a cross member from a 80's half ton with a 700r4. I had to put the cross member inside the frame and spaced the tranny up a little also. details are in this thread on page 2.

the oil for the nv4500 is a special oil just for the nv4500 since it has carbon fiber syncros

the 205 calls for normal gear oil

even if you run the same oil you still do not want the oil draining into the t-case from the transmission it will overfill the t-case and the transmission will be low

I ordered my bell housing and adapter ring from summit I wish I would of done more research before ordering them. I would of ordered the pivot ball bracket and shifter bracket at the same time.

I ordered just ordered those brackets from summit and to get over 99 bucks for free shipping I also got some energy suspension motor mounts.

I already had a energy suspension tranny mount that will work for the nv4500

Could you give me the part numbers for these two parts please, thanks again
