LS PS pump differences

In the pile of parts I got there were 2 ps pumps. One big pulley similar to the sbc style and one small pulley that kind of has a remote reservoir. I'm thinking the smaller pulley puts out more pressure. Anyone researched this before?

I don't know about more pressure. The smaller one is what is on my 2011 Suburban 5.3 motor. The large one looks just like what was on my 1997 K2500 Suburban 7.4L with hydroboost.

You might be thinking like a supercharger., smaller pulley spins it faster, but i think with the ps pump, it hit its physical pressure limit by the valve inside, and that is it. Rest of it just bypasses and pees back into the reservoir
