Nice to see another Montana truck on here. I just drove thru Helena on Friday on my way out to Billings...

Although it doesn't look as cool if you had a front and rear locker/posi type unit you could have probably driven right out of that.

Welcome to GMSB 66nailhead. Sumthin tells me you might have an older Buick too. We like those too. You can post up in the Other Vehicles section.

Looking real good! What'd you use to cover the gap between the body and frame?

Maybe it's the way the light is hitting it, but that's really close and probably is the colors I talked about that look good together, Orange/Tan. Do you know the color codes on that truck? It's an 83 right?

yep it's an 83 but it's not stock colors, you can see where the mirrors gone on the pass. side it's a bit darker more bronw same for inside. Wife wants to go back orange/tan though.

as for gaps I haven't done anything. I gotta tear it down and rebuild it frame off anyways.

Here's my square-hes with me in Lincoln, NE, seemed fitting to call him Big Red

76 K20 Scottsdale with 9" Lift (6" blocks and 3" body lift) with a 454, headers, sittin on 44" swampers. 14 bolt in rear, D60 in front, geared low, but not sure on ratio as mechanic who built it passed away a few years ago and guy i got it from couldn't remember - need to pull diff cover and check. And a video for ***** and gigs -my pup always got scared of the truck lol

Oh man, you got all the good ****. That could be my K10/20 and I want to get a long bed stepside. Retro is going to help me find one in TX. I seen the pic of your CUCV on another post yesterday.
