Leaking 91 Blazer

I have a friend who just bought a 91 Blazer that leaks at the rear, pictures included. Are there gaskets to fix it? Is this common? Thanks in advance.

There’s an inner and outer seal for the top, which they sell on LMC Truck and possibly elsewhere. My seals are crap, but they don’t leak. Maybe something got pinched or damaged when the top came off.
