91 gauge cluster ls swap temp

I have a 91 guage cluster in my 1975 c20 ls swap 5.3l

I just wired up the 3pin temp sensor.
The gauge for temp on cluster just maxes out. Need some help with this

The gauge for temp on cluster just maxes out. Need some help with this
you need a temp sender (1 wire) from a 1991 5.7 for coolant temp. stick that in a coolant passage. Dont bother tyring to use a sender with multple jobs. Just focus on the gauge doing its thing, and the sensor for the ECM doing its thing
