Hood Still Won't Close

1977 GMC K15:

I've replaced the hinges (new). New springs. Hood is staraight but uit still won't close nand sits up about 2 inches.

Suggestions much appreciated

His Loss, Not ours. I'm not even sure what Pop Ups he's talking about. We have a Google Ad Side Bar and that's about all I'm aware of, but it's certainly not distracting. Any other pop ups he's been getting would only be if he was looking in as a Guest and not signed in to the best of my knowledge. Maybe he should have clicked the Keep Me Signed In Box? Maybe if he wasn't such a crybaby and ran off in haste someone could have explained that to him.

His Butt musta hurt real bad. He even slammed the door when he left. So who did it???
